Kirsty, Ruth and all of the team at F A Holland were so kind and supportive in arranging my Mum's funeral. Everything was done as we had asked, nothing was too much trouble and it would be so easy to believe that you were the only family that they were looking after. They made a difficult experience so much easier.

Not flash premises but very helpful staff who did exactly what they said they would promptly and efficiently. They have now dealt with bot our parents funerals. I trust them.

Direct cremation is straightforard and I would definitely recommend using you.

From the initial phone call the service was brilliant. Representatives Dave and Kirsty were extremely efficient yet compassionate and caring. All options were discussed and my wishes were accommodated as if it were part of the service. I would highly recommend them to anybody who required a personal touch for their loved one. Nothing was too much trouble and my husband was treated with care and dignity. Thank you for a great service.

My only complaint would be that when we visited there wasn’t a ramp for wheelchair users which is something that could easily be addressed.

The most beautiful service for someone really special in our lives. I got so many compliments about the funeral and how it was one of the nicest that people had been to. I felt really cared for by the funeral directors who took our wishes very seriously and made sure to respect our family member all the way to the end. Organising a funeral was a new experience for me, and I appreciated the sensitivity with which I was treated by Kirsty and Jon, and the efficiency with which all the arrangements were made.  Together we were able to create a funeral that everyone who attended felt was fitting and beautiful way to say goodbye to our loved one.

I first used this funeral director when my father died many years ago and always remembered their kindness and excellent service so I went back to them this time when my mum passed away. I wasn’t disappointed. The funeral director Kirsty could not have been kinder, guiding me gently through everything I needed to do. She listened to my needs and helped me plan a funeral just the way I wanted it. Everything worked perfectly  helping me get through a difficult time as smoothly as possible. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Kirsty and team from the Rustington branch were brilliant. Looked after mum and made sure her wishes were followed. Lovley service at Chichester Crematorium. Christine Morgan who took the service was fantastic. Couldn't have been a better send off for Mum.
