We had the best funeral for my husband you could wish for. James was so supportive and helpful with his advice and Justin put us at ease on the day. Celebrant Jon couldn't be more down to earth and accommodating, when it came to our wishes and eulogy. The whole team worked together to make this sad occasion organized, at time when I could not think straight. I am very grateful to had them by my side.

Living in Leeds and trying to organise a funeral in Lancing could have been difficult for me but the wonderful staff at the Co-op could not have made things easier for me. Kevin, James & Justin were so helpful and well organised. Everything went very well on the day. Perfect customer service.

My father funeral would have been excellent but I was dealing with 3 funeral shops also we where not told of the cut off time for doing things as like having the slide/show of pictures of my dad. If like us we got very up set we had got all the pictures ready and then got told it was to late even to put 1 picture up on the screen. Family's need to be told when the cut off point is for doing like this . Other wise everything was lovely. Myself and family would like to say a big thank u. My mum does not stop talking about it. Thank u again Karen.

From the first time I stepped into Co-op Funeralcare, I felt at ease. Suddenly I was on my own - and very vulnerable - my soulmate with whom I had usually discussed everything with, was not beside me.
James helped me, step by step through the process, putting me in touch with Jon - a very caring Celebrant - and Justin was there for me and the family on the Day of the Funeral.

Where do I start, on behalf of my family we cannot thank you enough. All the staff at the Co-op are so very caring, professional and could not do enough for all of us. From the meeting with Justin who is so very kind, speaking to the lovely James on several occasions and Tracey who was just so perfect when we came to say good bye to our dad.

I would certainly recommend Co-op Funeralcare, Lancing. Right from the start we received excellent service. When arranging the funeral we were given time to make decisions and everything was explained to us. At such a difficult time staff at Co-op Funeralcare were helpful and caring.
