the staff at Crawley & Horsham who dealt with me in person for my father's funeral were excellent. Lucy and the team in Horsham, have been fantastic and extremely professional in their support of my family and myself at a difficult time. All the arrangements were made exactly as we wished, Lucy couldn’t do enough to help and went the extra mile to find out about interment for me and then sort out a download of the service at the crematorium for me when my brother in New Zealand got his timings wrong. I am so very grateful for the seamless funeral services and the support we have received. I can’t recommend Lucy and the team highly enough. Thankyou

From the moment I called Co-op funeral care, they have been outstanding.
Ivan & Lucy from the Horsham branch have an exceptional approach, always checked in with me and my family, but most importantly, looked after my father with dignity. Funeral's and the whole grieving process is tough no doubt, but the Horsham team really made my life that little bit easier.
On the day of the funeral, everything went absolutely smoothly. I was called the day before by Richard to run me through what would happen on the day.
On funeral day, both him and his team were superb and really looked after me and the family.

But it's the aftercare that I was most impressed with - both Richard who looked after us on the day and Ivan from the Horsham branch called me to check in - something that I really appreciated.

From start to finish the care attention I recieved was excellent. Helpful ideas all along and very good and attentive on the day as well. The advice on music was helpful too ... including finding an unusual music track which I asked for. The Celebrant was excellent and all those attending were very impressed with the Service and with the printing of the Order of Service with photos very well printed and arranged. Top marks all round!

Services provided were empathetic and considerate thank you. Covid times makes a funeral a lot harder than it needs to be so would recommend Horsham Co Op as they looked after both my Mum 4 years ago and my Dad on 5/2:2021. I would have scored 5 except for the fact my Dad was embalmed which we didn’t ask for (which was a mistake). Apart from that I would definitely use them again if needed. Thank you.

The service we received from the funeral directors was very professional and extremely caring. They showed so much care.
As a family we wanted a personal service as we are in the middle of a lockdown and were limited to 30 people. It was just family.
It was the first funeral service that our children had attended and they had a big part in the organization of the service.
Nothing was too much trouble and they guided us through this very sad time.
As a family we all would highly recommend them.
