We were very happy with the way our mother's funeral was carried out. Carly made us feel at ease at this sad time and helped us choose the right package. On the day of the funeral Lucy was so lovely and caring. 8 can highly recommend the Co Op

Interested polite helpful and attentive, guided us through the process. Timings were spot on. Went  smoothly but let down by the crematorium when they stopped the musical tribute way too early (not Co Op responsibility)

Heartfelt thanks to Karen for her professionalism, compassion and care shown to us all but particularly my Dad who is 94 after we lost his wife after 71 years of marriage and my dear Mum. My Dad was so grateful for the respect Karen showed to my Mum.
Michelle was compassionate in comforting me as I arranged Mum's funeral. Carly was also so kind when I've rung in and took keepsakes in for my Mum.
During this dreadful pandemic, arranging Mum's funeral was difficult; Karen, Michelle and Carly made this stressful time a little easier to cope with. Thank you all. Warmest regards and thanks

At every stage we received very professional and helpful personal service, the circumstances of sudden death, lockdown regulations, and possible coroners involvement added to matters requiring our input, all of which was taken off our hands and the overall service was excellent. We had a pre-payment plan in place and at no stage did we feel put under pressure to have any additional services. The fact that everything was essentially included was a great benefit from the plan purchase, absolutely recommend Cooperative Funeralcare.

The service the family received was excellent, we could not have asked for more. Karen our funeral director was so helpful with all our needs, and so caring .My sons and the whole family have asked me to say they could not have wished for a better service,and also  Karen’s choice of vicar to take the service Gordon Parry , it was as if he already knew the family.

They handled every aspect of my mother-in-law’s death and cremation with care, respect and consideration for us, her family.

Karen and her team were absolutely fantastic with facilitating and supporting me through one of the darkest times of my life with the funeral. Also arranging an appropriate celebrant (Stuart) who was perfect for what I wanted on the day.  I would sincerely recommend Karen and her team. Nothing was too much
