Coop funeralcare in Crawley have been amazing. We lost my Mum in early July, and though she was elderly, it came as a terrible shock. From the moment my brother and I walked in for an initial meeting with Carly, we had a good feeling. She was so lovely to deal with, professional yet very caring and sensitive at the same time. Everything we asked for was no problem and we could tailor the funeral to exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Her communication with us was prompt and informative. 

On the day of Mum’s cremation, Karen met us at the Crematorium and arranged for Mum to be placed in the small chapel before we entered. She was sensitive to our feelings and came and collected us from the car park. She stayed with us the whole time then held my hand when we left the chapel, sensing I needed support. She even told me how lovely Mum had looked inside her willow basket with all the things around her (that we had wanted to go with her) including a pink Percy Pig hot water bottle cover that the great grandchildren had bought her for Xmas.

We haven’t organised a funeral before, but I can honestly say Carly, Karen and the team made it so straightforward and memorable. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering where to go to organise a funeral.

Very good and efficient service! 
Carly , the lady we dealt with at Three Bridges branch explained everything to us at the start and to the end . She was very helpful, respectful and understanding , returning calls and answering our questions, to ensure the funeral runs smoothly. Carly and Karen showed sympathy kindness and concern through everything , everything was first class. 
They are family focused, kind, compassionate and priced well. An excellent experience at a very sad time.

If a funeral can be described as perfect then this was it! The arrangements made by Crawley were handled thoughtfully and kindly. Everything was perfectly on time as they had researched the route physically before the day. The attention to detail was far more than I expected and it made a difference. The day of a funeral is always emotional and the co-op team enabled us not to worry about anything. We ordered the flowers with them and they were excellent, strong quality roses that felt like velvet. Their recommendation of Rev Parry to conduct the service meant so much to my family as he was just brilliant. Thank you!

Like many I suspect, I did not know what to expect during this process. The funeral director was absolutely brilliant from the very start, explaining and guiding use through this very emotional time. We felt that the resulting funeral really represented my mother so well and although there is clearly very defined time constraints on the day, at no time did we feel rushed and the whole process went off without a hitch.
