As with my previous experience in using FA Holland in Selsey, I received an excellent service. The staff were always kind and compassionate and responded quickly to any queries I had and kept me well informed and up to date with progress. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a funeral director.

We received a very professional, compassionate & supportive service from beginning to end.
Everything was clearly explained each step of this journey, nothing was ever too much trouble & there was always someone on the end of  the phone if we needed to check anything.
The day of the funeral went very smoothly, a seamless service received all round thank you.

Gemma and David were exceptionally professional, caring and friendly when arranging my mums funeral. The service was faultless and I’d like to thank them personally for their help and guidance. Thanks also to the hearse drivers and pull bearers for their amazing organisation too.

Gemma kept me updated and informed throughout.. even contacting me on her days off.
Steve - funeral director contacted me to talk through what to expect on the day/ plus confirm times, he also called on the day to ensure everything was ok.
Their service and care was outstanding.
Also Melanie Sopp, our Celebrant was so kind, compassionate, and helped hugely through the lead up to funeral and on the day.

My cousin's funeral was perfect and as she would have wished it - simple and without fuss. Hollands conducted the whole thing unobtrusively but very sympathetically and it made the whole day much easier to cope with for all of us. I would recommend their services very highly.

Excellent organisation of my late father's funeral,Gemma at selsey branch is very compassionate,understanding and helpful .The whole difficult process was made easy by Gemma and all the staff from the very first meeting to the day of the funeral.

You were all amazing from the first time Trevor and myself met you the time and care you took to make his funeral first class even when I had a meltdown about the flowers Gemma was there to sort it out xx and what can I say about Mel one of the most kindest loving person you could ever meet the times she came to visit us to talk about the funeral was just lovely we laughed and cried I can’t thank her enough xx

I was met by Steve at the crematorium. What a really nice man. He explained what I had to do re closing curtain etc. After the service he helped us find the plot of my father's. Thanks Steve. You're a star .

Gemma is absolutely fantastic. She makes sure everything is as perfect as it can be. All the staff are very caring and professional and ensures you have nothing to worry about and that everything's goes smoothly. Steve (funeral Director) was also fantastic as were all the team with him. They looked after us and took all the stress and worry from us. Our mum's funeral although very very sad was beautiful and she had the best send off. RIP mum.
