Efficient, professional and above all emphatic they supported my family throughout the process and supported me personally through some quite complex developments. Ali and Steve were so kind and helped us with every aspect of our arrangements from our first phone call through to the funeral and afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble; their caring and gentle manner was so much appreciated by us all. Everything was done to make sure the funeral was just as we wanted it and on the day it was perfect. F A Holland responded with sympathy and empathy. They listened to our needs and guided us to a very satisfactory solution. The options offered were broader than we expected and the simple cremation we opted for was perfect. The choice of coffins enabled us to choose something far more fitting than we expected. My mother was handled with dignity and care as were we.
