FA Holland provided a truly excellent level of service. They assumed complete responsibility for all aspects of the funeral arrangements which they undertook with great efficiency and understanding. The staff were, from the very start,so easy and empathetic to work with, allowing me the time I needed to express my confused thinking. Their approach enabled me to formulate my decisions with more confidence. When you are in shock and grieving it is so difficult to know if you are making the right decisions so the warmth expressed by Alison was particularly helpful and reassuring. The feeling of developing a personal relationship with those professionals that will be attending to the arrangements and the care of the deceased loved one is essential and I'm extremely grateful for that experience. On the day of the service at the crematorium Steve was supportive and caring which was exactly what was needed. I am and will remain in awe of the work they do with real compassion.

It was my first time organising a loved ones funeral and Ali from FA Holland was so kind , reasurring and excellent at her job. She put us at ease straight away and guided us through the procedure. She made me feel that my nan was treated with such dignity and respect and helped us to organise the send off that she deserved and we are so grateful for that. All the staff we came across were so kind and professional .

David, Alison, Steve and the team were really great people to have by your side for a funeral. The planning and quick completion of tasks by the team made the whole thing much less stressful. Steve was delightful at the Service, dignified and courteous. If a funeral can be a wonderful occasion then this one was! Our Mum had high standards and expectations and I have thought since that she would have been very happy with the ceremony and care she received. Thank you everyone!

The care, patience, understanding and professionalism shown by Alison Leggo and all the other people who were involved with my brother’s  funeral made one of the worst times in my life so much more bearable.
