Katie was very polite and helpful when arranging my dad’s funeral and ensured that we were happy with everything that we planned for the day. Ruth (funeral director) rang the day before to confirm arrangements and ensured all ran to plan on the day.

Katie was extremely helpful with my father's arrangements. She helped with the special order of service I wanted to do as I didn't want an ordinary one. She helped with the photos I wanted to display on screen at the crematorium too. The co op were very clear with all arrangements the whole way through. We have use the co op 4 times recently and they have been extremely good, thank you Ruth and Katie.

Katie in the branch was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and Ruth on the day did a great job too - I was particularly impressed that she had been to check out the addresses where the limos were picking up and dropping off, to make sure there would be no hitches on the day.
