We were very pleased with everything from the initial contact right through to the service and cremation. All the correspondence was dealt with and answered efficiently and swiftly.

Pagham funeral care was absolutely fantastic in organising my dad's funeral. Marie in particular was extremely friendly and understanding she dealt with everything with empathy. I was made to feel at ease so much in a way it took so much pressure off me. My dad's funeral couldn't of gone any better.

I couldn't have wished for the funeral to have gone any better. From the first call made, I was treated with care and compassion. Nothing was too much trouble, Marie went above and beyond to make sure the service was perfect. She supported me and helped me make the right decisions when I was unsure what to do.

The funeral director Steve and the team, were perfect on the day. I felt safe and well looked after by them all. There was an air of calmness from them, which helped us calm down on such a sad day.

From the moment we needed to speak to Pagham Funeralcare to arrange our mum's funeral their care, support, services & understanding was absolutely amazing. Marie, our personal funeral arranger, could not have been more helpful and accommodating in making sure the day went off smoothly and exactly as we'd asked for - even with the last minute changes. The funeral actually went very well on the day and the CO-OP did exactly as we had arranged. We were kept informed as to how things were going all along.

The hearse was on time and the staff were respectful and professional.

One small problem was the invoice. We had been given a bottom line price that we believed covered everything except a possible extra should the celebrant charge more than expected. When the invoice arrived it showed charges for your services - which we had not seen before. Added to this were payments made on behalf of us.

If we took away your charges, the crematorium costs and doctors costs from our original estimate this left only £113 for a celebrant. This was clearly not enough hence the extra to pay on our invoice.

Can I suggest that your estimates are filled out more carefully and any potential third party fees are clearly detailed.

I know that in the scheme of things the amount of money is small, but we were funding this funeral ourselves and would like to have been sure of our costs up front.

Fantastic service, everything went smoothly and how day was special.

Only issue I would say I had and I know its to do with regulations, was that I needed to pay £150 for a doctor to come out and confirm he had passed.

I can understand this if it wasn't for the facts that,

I was at the hospital when he died.

I was told by a doctor he had passed.

Had a phone call the next day telling me how he died.

Had the coroner call me about what funeral directors I'm gong to use, so they can make plans to transport his body.

And last of all, got his death certificates to prove he has died.

Paying that £150, if I wasn't for the reason he had a funeral payment plan in place, money was no object, but if it was out of my own pocket I might not of chosen using then.

But the whole day was so special and couldn't fault anything about the service

I was very impressed with the level of support and assistance I received. Ruth was extremely professional throughout. The day ran smoothly and I was well looked after by all the staff. Jenny our limo driver really looked after my mother who uses a stick to walk.

Excellent and sympathetic interview with Katie Bishop who organised everything with care, flair and consideration. Katie was on holiday on the day of the funeral but Ruth phoned on the eve of the funeral and directed everything superbly on the day.
