Jennifer Ashe took care of my Moms funeral from the Oxley Branch. Losing a loved one can be stressful and traumatic. From the moment I made the call to them at the weekend the service has been superb. Within a couple of hours of my call ,Mom was collected from her home by two men who treated her and the family with full respect. My Sister and I went to the Oxley Office to organise the funeral. We met Sam who immediately put us at ease and talked us through our options. We chose to have the ceremony at the branch as the room was perfect for our needs and wishes of Mom. We met the celebrant Joe who would oversee the funeral. The service was superb as Joe and Sam attended to our needs. In short from start to finish everything was 5 star. We even had a few laughs along the way. Thank you Sam for your guidance and respect.
