Losing a loved one is hard at the best of times but as soon as we walked into Jennifer Ashe we knew we had picked the right people to take care of our mom.  Leon and his team made the whole process stress free and no problem was ever any trouble for them,any questions we had we knew we could pick the phone up and Leon would always make time to speak to us.So we would like to take this opportunity once again to thank the staff at Jennifer Ashe in particular Leon for making our moms final journey as special as it could be. Thank you again.

We lost my father on July 2nd, we went into the Willenhall offices on the 5th July when me and my husband left we felt that a weight had been lifted from our shoulders, my dad was treated with care and compassion, we had loss and grief to deal with, they did the rest.

The care and attention to detail was unbelievable we could not thank Leon and Philippa enough.

Everything was explained so we could understand the process, all of our questions were were answered with patience and understanding.

On the day of the funeral everything was done so professionally.

Branch Manager Leon, a beautiful and caring human being did everything possible to help me through a very sad and difficult time. The death of my dear Aunt Angela came as a shock especially living so far away in Norfolk and no funeral arrangements in place; but a simple phone call to Jennifer Ashe & Sons and our difficult days were greatly eased. The compassion, understanding, support and professionalism throughout was without a doubt a service second to none. Delays by the GP made life stressful but JA&S were there supporting all the way, guiding us through. There was no 'sales pitch' or pushing which is something you really dont need at such a fragile time. The packages on offer were exceptional, the service they provided was exceptional and the whole team were exceptional.
Whats more, the service itself on the day was just sooo beautiful it still makes me smile now. We may well have had a tear in our eye on occasion but we all had a smile on our face. For our dear Aunt Angela - she was treated like a princess and would have loved every moment which was all for her. It may be a simple "thank you" but believe me there is so much more wrapped up in these words - "thank you Jennifer Ashe & Sons for making a sad time culminate in a very happy memory for our Angela". And as for the Reverend - oh my gosh he was awesome!

What can I say. My husbands funeral from the beginning to the end was amazing .cannot thank Jenifer Ashe &sons for there guidance helping me to sort Peter's funeral. Leon has been so helpful and caring towards myself and family. Thankyou for going above and beyond, everything was perfect during this very sad time. Everyone I came into contact with during arranging the funeral ,have been so helpful,caring ,and most of all arranged a beautiful send off for Pete.
Even the service led by Martin jukes was beautiful. ,helped celebrate petes life.
From the bottom of my heart ,I cannot thank you all enough. You did my husband proud. I shall certainly recommend your services to friends and family

From our very first contact with Jennifer Ashe & Son over the phone we were treated with the upmost respect and shown compassion throughout. They made a very difficult time for our family more bearable by taking care of every detail of my dad's funeral. Jimmy our funeral director looked after my mom throughout the whole process and made sure that all her wishes for my dad were carried out to the letter and provided a very professional but caring and personal service. All of the staff that we came into contact with were such lovely people who obviously care very much about their profession. The flowers that we ordered from here were also beautiful and I can highly recommend.

Lovely people working for a really personal and professional company. Faultless from the beginning to the end, and didn't cost a fortune either.
As a family, it was the last thing we could do to arrange our Dad's funeral with total love, care & respect and Jennifer Ashe & Son helped us to carry this wish out.
When we first visited Jennifer Ashe & Son, there were so many Thank You cards, and now I know why.

I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else should this service be needed again in the future, they went above and beyond to help figure everything out after I lost my dad unexpectedly, my heart was undoubtedly breaking but they helped to stop it from breaking anymore and pulled out all the stops on the day. Philippa helped me to arrange the funeral for my husband, which wasn't easy due to Covid restrictions. Luke and his colleagues helped me on the day of the funeral which I will never forget as it was the last gift I could do for my husband and they helped the family to give him a beautiful service at church and the crematorium. Thankyou guys wouldn't of been able to do it without you.

We cannot express our heartfelt thanks to Jennifer Ashe for the care and attention for both our Dad & Mum’s funerals. From our initial meeting with Philippa, Richard the Lead Funeral Conductor and the amazing Rev Martyn Jinks. The funerals were within 6 months of each other which was hard for us as a family but the whole team made it feel we were so valued, looked after and made it feel that they were part of our family making it very personal, Martyn made it a celebration of both Mum & Dads lives we will be eternally grateful I would highly recommend Many Thanks Sally & Ian & Helen
