This was my Mothers funeral. It was the most beautiful funeral I have ever attended. Carol was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was respectful in everything she did and she gave everything her personal touch. Tracey was one of the most compassionate person I have ever met. The things she added that we would never of thought about just made it perfect. Thank you to the girls as well (sorry I didn’t get your names).  

If anybody asked me for recommendations for funeral Services I would 110% recommend A Walsh Funerals and Memorials.

Can't thank Walsh Funeral Directors enough. Walking into the West Bromwich branch, we suddenly felt at ease with the warm welcome we received. The funeral was amazing and the staff were all well presented and nothing was too much trouble. Cant recommend this company enough.

We've been supported throughout the organisation of our loved one's funeral. We were offered a home visit, which was appreciated as I'm a wheelchair user. Emails were answered quickly, staff were very empathetic, listened to what we wanted and efficiently made this happen.
We asked for help organising floral tributes, order of service, someone to lead the service and they were able to make helpful recommendations.
On the day of the funeral, it was a comfort to us that we were in such safe hands and supported throughout.
As a family we have returned to this company due to the excellent service we recieved earlier this year. The dove release is beautiful to watch and we were also given a memorial gift. We could not have asked for a more caring, considerate company at such a sad time. We highly recommend Walsh Funerals and Memorials.

From start to the end, they have all been absolutely amazing. My boys 14 and 11 they went above and beyond with my boys to make sure they were ok,
They are really kind and caring, even after the funeral they are still caring, wouldn't go with anyone else has these are absolutely perfect in all they do

I cannot express how wonderful the staff were at Walsh’s. Professional,  courteous, respectful and so helpful. Carol is a true professional.  In our personal meetings she made me feel comfortable and relaxed in talking about the difficult decisions that needed to be made and was sympathetic to my needs.  She answered every one of my emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.  Pallbearer Marie and her lovely ladies were wonderful. The poem reading and the dove release which concluded the service touched my heart, it was beautiful.  I cannot fault anything about the service that Walsh provided. I received many compliments on the day of my dad’s funeral to say how lovely the service was and that my dad would be proud.  A fitting and memorable farewell for my lovely dad. Thank you Walsh funerals.

Excellent service from the moment they collected my dad, to the day he was laid to rest. Was regularly contacted by Tracey and Marie who kept me up to date with everything. I can’t thank walshes girls enough for how they helped and guided  my family through this difficult time. We got everything we wanted and more with the dove release and a lovely memorial glass rose as special little touches put together by the girls themselves.
