This having been the first funeral I had to arrange I can’t recommend Jennifer Ashe enough. Before contacting them I had called a few others and found them cold and business like. Jennifer Ashe really have the personal touch, from the first meeting with philippa all the way through to the actual day of moms funeral. The cars are beautiful, the courage were very professional, Luke was so empathetic without losing his professional touch.
They really are with you throughout the process and even after with offerings of support.
110% would recommend this company.

The service we received from Jennifer Ashe was OUTSTANDING, obviously it was a difficult time for the family, but they went the extra mile to sort everything out for us. My fathers funeral turned out to be a real celebration of his life not a sombre affair thanks to everyone at Jennifer Ashe. I would and have recommended them.

I am so happy with the service that Jennifer Ashe and son provided.

Everything was easy and I felt the whole funeral was very personal.

Everything was perfect on the day and the priest that Jennifer Ashe and son recommended, father Martyn Jinks was really good.

The prices were really good and the quality of everything has been amazing.

I have used other funeral directors in the past and can honestly say that Jennifer Ashe and son are by far the best.

Richard and John at Jennifer Ashe & Son are absolutely fantastic. They professionally guided my family and I through all aspects of planning a funeral, including the paperwork, in a professional and very human way. They went above and beyond to accomodate our requests. They have kept in contact with us following the funeral as a courtesy. Truly a fantastic and professional company.

Mom Janet Boyd passed away on 23rd April 2019 and I cannot thank Jennifer Ashe & Sons enough for their warm, empathic approach which was very much appreciated at such a sad time. We were treated at all times with utmost respect and we know that mom was handled with dignity and respect too. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and their attention to detail is remarkable. Dad is 84 and his mobility is very slow he walks with the aid of two walking sticks and Richard, John and Joe were very patient with him and showed him the utmost respect when we went to see mom in the chapel of rest and on the day of mom's funeral. The chapel of rest is beautifully presented and mom looked beautiful and at peace. I would especially like to thank Richard for escorting dad from the house to the car and taking the time to show him all the flowers on mom's coffin before assisting him into the car. I would like to thank John for the creation of the beautiful order of service books and his patience ... with me when I asked for changes to be made, nothing was too much trouble for him. I would recommend the use of their florist Georgina Amy who I would like to thank for her outstanding floral tributes. Finally I would like to thank the Rev Martyn Jinks for what I can only describe as an amazing service and a lovely closing tribute to mom's life. Obviously, dealing with the many necessary arrangements following a bereavement is not something that grieving family members will find easy, but these guys go above and beyond to make things as straight forward and painless as possible, they are a lovely family and we would have no reservation at all in advising anyone to make use of this company.

I want to begin by saying a huge thank you to Ashe and Son for everyting they have done for Dorothy's funeral. This is the first time I have used this funeral service, compared to other funeral directors this is second to none, there is so much dedication to the work that is put in, every team member always gives that 100% into everything they are faced with, more importantly you are treated like you are family with the right attitude. The time and the effort that is put in to make sure the familys are happy and satisfied with everyting they are doing in preparation for the funeral. Thank you once again, one in a million

The way this family run business has dealt with us ever since the first phone call has been outstanding. At the time when we were worried having never organised a funeral before they made arranging my father-in-law’s service very easy and took the stress away from what could have been much much harder. We were very happy with the service from Jennifer Ashe & Son. They kept us informed,answered any queries with a fast response and on the day of the funeral contacted us several times to make sure we were ok and satisfied any concerns we may have had.
The flowers were beautiful, The Order of Servis of good quality and presentation beautiful.
The cars were great.
The Vicar, Martyn was personal and provided a beautiful service for Mom.
Joe Richard, Hannah, John, drivers well done and thank you in all that you did, woukd highly recommend you all.

The service that we received from Jennifer Ashe and Son was second to none. Everything was perfect, and everyone was so kind, considerate and respectful.
Their charges were reasonable, and having a choice of packages at set prices made the funeral so  much easier to arrange.

Amazing service for our mom Mary, can't thank these lovely people for enough for all they did. The service was amazing, everyone said it's one of the best funeral's they've been to. The Vicar didn't know Mom at all but spoke like he'd known her all his life. When we went to see her in the chapel of rest I expected something dark and dingy but it was light and airy and I felt so at home there I spent hours with mom just talking to her and telling her what was happening in the family, i wasn't made to feel like I was silly or in the way at all. Thank you for everything you did for is.

We contacted Jennifer Ashe & Son on the advise of a friend who had used their services before, we first of all spoke to John who was very supportive over the telephone, I have to say I was in bits but he was patient and guided me through everything I needed to ask. We booked to go and see them at their office, the funeral home was beautiful and I knew straight away that this is where I wanted my dad to be. Richard arranged everything with us and was there on the day to offer help and support. We had a horse drawn package and everything went as I wanted it to for my lovely dad. The cost of the funeral, though not important, was 1/2 of what we had been quoted by a larger national chain, I thank god I found these guys, they went the extra mile and did my dad proud - thank you !!

I have used many well  known funeral directors over the years. But never one  like Jennifer Ashe and son. Right from the first contact the staff couldn't do enough to help and support us. You should all be proud of yourselves. It s very hard for a mother to lay one of her children to rest but you couldn't have tried harder to ease the pain and I will be eternally grateful a beautiful service from start to finish.
