Caring and compassionate from the start Nothing was too much trouble they treated my brother with dignity and respect. Their prices may be low but the service they provide is second to non. Joe from brownhills branch couldn't do enough to make you feel at ease and Richard was very attentive to every detail on the day of the funeral.

We would highly recommend Jennifer Ashe funeral services. Everyone from the time we made our first contact were very professional and caring. Thank you to Joe who helped us with the arrangements and to Richard who supported us on the day of the funeral. Steve Brown, Civil Celebrant led the service and was excellent, they all were with us as stated, every step of the way.

This is just to record our profound thanks and gratification for the very professional undertaking of my sisters funeral. Everything ran like clock-work and the service undertaken by the Rev Martyn Jinks was performed to the highest possible standard. The Family also appreciated how the Cannock chase crematorium staff went the “extra yard” by allowing the doors to remain open to allow the mourners outside to hear the service. Once again, a very big thankyou to Joe and the staff at Jennifer Ashe & Son Funeral Directors, Brownhills and of course to the Rev Martyn Jinks.

Really appreciated the clear and upfront web site.....made it easy to decide on what we wanted. Very sensitive and caring staff, who supported us at every step. Very professional service and everything on the day was absolutely spot on. Can't thank Lucy, Jo and Richard enough for their wonderful care and attention. They treated Mom as if she was their own.....what more can I say......

All staff were incredibly kind. Joe made planning Leslie's funeral a pleasurable event instead of a sad one. He was so lovely and kind. We were all looked after so well. They treated leslie with dignity and made him look beautiful. We are so glad we chose Jennifer ashe and sons. They made the planning, and the actual funeral so effortless, we didn't need to worry about anything. We cannot thank you all enough.

I initially went to Jennifer Ashe and Son when mom died as they were the nearest funeral directors to me. I swiftly found, to my delight, that I could not have picked a better firm to deal with. Joe and Lucy were kindness personified, nothing was too much trouble for them with regard to organising the funeral. They really helped us through a very emotional time by being so friendly and were always there to talk when we needed it. The day itself went splendidly, and much of this was down to their care and professionalism which ensured that everything went without a hitch. Highly recommended.

Following my father's funeral guests approached me, who felt embarrassed, and said how much they enjoyed the funeral. The support and service of jennifer ashe was second to none. I have had phone calls and comments stating it was the best order of service they have ever seen. The flowers on top of the coffin were outstanding. I cannot express the overwhelming service jennifer ashr have provided and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
