I can’t recommend Jennifer Ashe and Sons highly enough on every level. We lost both Mum in June and Dad in November this year and they handled both funeral with faultless attention to every detail and aspect. It’s a difficult time and knowing you have everything totally covered is worth every penny - and they are actually one of the least expensive options too so I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you team.

From start to finish everything was handled for my mom with impeccable perfection.
I can’t rate Jennifer Ashe & Son high enough.
Reverend Martyn Jinks was just fantastic at delivering a lovely service.
The whole experience at such a sad time, just made everything more bearable.

were so kind and caring. They helped us ensure we planned the best funeral possible for my stepdad and didn’t charge us a fortune for it like some others would. Thank you again so much to Richard, Leon and Joe! As well as all other staff that helped make the day special!

From the moment I contacted Jennifer Ashe , I felt cared for.
Nothing was to much trouble. 
Every member of staff was compassionate and caring without being patronising.
From collecting dad until after the funeral the support never failed. 
I was concerned as the costs compared to other funeral directors was much lower and I thought corners may be cut , but not at all 
Quality precision and compassion from beginning to end

As a family we can't thank Joe and The Team at Brownhills enough, for all they did for us when we lost mum. From the very first point of contact, they guided us through everything, making sure it was as painless as possible. Their support, professionalism and care, made what could have been a very difficult time so much easier for us all, as a family. There are no words to express our gratitude to the staff at Jennifer Ashe & Son, especially to Joe. From the moment they took my Mother into their care to her Cremation service they were all absolutely amazing. The compassion and empathy that they showed to our family made a very difficult time easier to bare. We will never be able to thank them enough, they made our family feel part of theirs. My Mother was born in Pier Street and she lay so peaceful in their Chapel of rest, back home where her life began, where she belonged, where she was happy and no-one else would of been more fitting for her final journey than Jennifer Ashe and Son.

The staff were so helpful and kept us informed at each step which makes this difficult time so much easier.
The funeral people were so good on the day and a special thanks to Jimmy and his team.
The rev Martyn Jinks was so good in his delivery of the Eulogy.
I would certainly recommend Jennifer Ash to anyone who has lost a loved one.

Jennifer Ashe & Son arranged and conducted my dads funeral on 14th July 2021, this was a team effort from staff members at the Willenhall and Brownhill branches respectively, so this review applies to both branches. The care, compassion and support we have received from everyone at Jennifer Ashe is beyond comprehension and we cannot thank you enough, even now after the funeral. Our heartfelt thanks go to Willenhall branch Richard who attended our home to support us with the arrangements with the upmost care, compassion and respect, he made sure that we had the unique service we wanted, a funeral that he then led. To Leon who has been supporting us as we now choose look at a headstone, and who took thank you cards from me and kindly passed them on, not only that but he took the time to ask how the service had gone, and to have a general chat. Then for John as he is supporting us through some ongoing red tape, for replying to my emails outside of office hours and arranging the inernm ... ent.
Moving on to Joe at Brownhills, who knew that we were keen to move him to the funeral home and kept us up to date every step of the way, he then made sure that he was well looked after until his funeral, and has also ensured the safe keeping of his clothes, flag, cap and football shirt until the day of his final journey home.
To the hearse driver who delivered our loved one safely through the last stages of his final journey to home and then on to cannock crematorium.
Finally to Phillipa who ensured the swift transfer of funds to our chosen charity..
A funeral directors isnt the first place you may think that you would be made to feel at home and part of the family, yet all at Jennifer Ashe ensure that this is how you are made to feel, and yes if we were to see staff members in the street we would most certainly say hello, shake their hands and thank them again personally.

We will be eternally greatful to everyone. A unique man had a unique service and we couldn't have wished for or found anyone better to help us to deliver it for him.
Would go as far as to consider all those who have helped and supported us as friends

I would just like to say thankyou so much on behalf of myself and my family for making my Dads funeral such a perfect day. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Joe and Lucy at the Brownhills branch were always so kind and compassionate when I visited or telephoned with a query. The day ran so smoothly. Thankyou to Joe for that. I would highly recommend their services for removing some of the stress at such a difficult time. The order of service were beautifully done and the flowers perfect just what Dad would have loved. Thankyou too to the two drivers and the young man in attendance.

Jennifer Ashe are an exceptionally caring and compassionate company and their service is outstanding. Having recently lost our mother, followed 12 weeks later by our father, we have been lucky enough to experience a level of service and support that surely is unrivalled. At a traumatic and upsetting time, the staff at Jennifer Ashe exceeded our expectations at every step of the way, guiding us through the process with a level of professionalism and care that we have rarely seen, and giving us the confidence that all would be well on the day. A special thanks to Richard who gave extra thought and inspiration to the service for our father, and made us certain everything was under control. Thanks to Joe who worked with us to secure the format that we wanted despite Covid restrictions for both funerals, and Daniel, whose rendition of the "Last Post" was beautiful. A truly excellent company, thank you for all you did for us.

It is hard to find the words to express the careful consideration, the respect and thoughtfulness that was shown by Jennifer Ashe & Son in helping us through an extremely difficult time the funeral couldn’t have been any better. Every step of the way they kept in touch, they worked with us to achieve not just what we wanted but more. We can’t actually thank them enough. My brother was given the respect dignity and the sendoff that he deserved, all thanks to Jennifer Ashe & Son.

Caring and compassionate from the start Nothing was too much trouble they treated my brother with dignity and respect. Their prices may be low but the service they provide is second to non. Joe from brownhills branch couldn't do enough to make you feel at ease and Richard was very attentive to every detail on the day of the funeral.
