I contacted Jennifer Ash funeral services on the death of my brother Fred and Requested them to handle the funeral Arrangements. I could not have chosen any better, From the outset Rachael dealt with my Inquires and Requests in an Exemplary fashion. And Arranged a Wonderfull send off for my brother, Also my sincere Thanks to Leon for his wonderfull Eulogy for Fred.          Again I Wish to show my sincere Thanks To All Involved from Jennifer Ash funeral Directors . At the terrible time of losing my Dad, Joe and the team at Jennifer Ashe (Brownhills) were nothing but gracious and caring.  No request was ever too much. Rachel who looked after us was brilliant. She really took care to ensure all the fine details were to our liking for Kim’s funeral. We were able to contact her at any time via phone if we needed to. When sorting out the burial plot Rachel was great at chasing details and decisions for us which took the stress of finding her a suitable plot. Nothing was too much trouble. She made a real tough time for our family that little bit easier by just taking the stress away. The funeral arrangements were so well thought out that when the day arrived to lay Kim to rest it all flowed seamlessly and Joesph our funeral director on the day was fantastic. We felt really looked after throughout the whole process of organising the funeral to the actual day itself. Even when more people attended the funeral than what we were expecting the care of the staff was outstanding. We would highly recommend Jennifer Ashe to all our friends and family.

Jennifer Ashe we’re very caring and very supportive, from the day we walked in to meet Rachael to arrange our sons funeral, an upsetting time that was made easier by such nice caring people, the level of care that they gave to our son was truly amazing, the funeral although incredibly sad was done beautifully, Joe the funeral director was outstanding , Rachael was always there if we needed advice and anything else we needed, as a family we are so pleased we chose Jennifer Ashe (Brownhills) to care for our son and take him on his final journey, and we cannot thank them enough xx The Davis family.

No matter who I have engaged with during the process the same levels of service have applied and the quality of service never altered.

Joe & Rachel’s kindness, patience and understanding was evident from our first meeting with them. 
Nothing was ever too much and they always made us feel welcome and listened too.

It was a first class service for my brother from all concerned I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbours. They was respectful to us and gave my brother the best send off he could have ever wanted. We really do appreciate the effort, time and care that was put in to the funeral. Very happy with the result despite it being a sad occasion. Leon was great he spoke about barry as if he knew him and made the day a little bit more bearable.
