I honestly can't thank everyone enough. From the moment I walked through the door at the brownhills branch and was met by Rachel right up to now the service and attention to detail as been absolutely amazing. My husband deserved the very best send off and thanks to everyone at Jennifer ashe that is exactly what he got. Thank you so much for the care and consideration you showed to my amazing husband and thanks so much to Richard and Joe for the service on Wayne's final journey.

The service we received was second to none. Rachel and Sally looked after our little man like he was there own.
Jimmy did a fantastic job directing and Joe's ecology was so apt and touching.

We asked Jennifer Ashe & Son to take our loved one into their care after regretting our first choice of funeral director. The team were very helpful and supportive from our very first telephone conversation. Rachel was often at the end of the telephone just checking on us. Everything was arranged very easily and made the difficult process as easy as possible.
The day went very smoothly and Joe was caring and very professional. Everyone commented what a lovely service.
You are all very kind and helpful and we highly recommend you. Thank you for your care and support.
