Absaloutly beautiful send off for our brother Micheal, I dealt with Carol at the walsall branch she exceeded our expectations and more , the first time for me dealing with funeral planning and Carol made it a whole lot easier taking care of the plans for me and pointing me in the right direction would 1000% use there services again and brilliant prices , the day was lovely cars , doves flowers pall bearers the whole team fanstastic thank you again from the bottom of our hearts x

From the very first communication they have been wonderful and caring. Nothing is too much trouble . Thankyou to Carol . Thankyou to Matt who was there for me on the day,kind, caring , very professional team. Dad had a lovely send off. He would be very proud. Couldn't have asked for more.
Chris the celebrant made the service very personal to dad. Everyone commented on how lovely Chris and the service was. They could relate to things that were said.

When mom passed away recently we wanted a special send off for a very special lady. Carol, Tim and the team gave us that. When arranging a funeral you put your trust in a professional team and Cherish repaid that trust with a professional approach but with the added touch that made you feel at ease and comfortable with their caring, compassionate approach whilst maintaining total professionalism. The celebrate’s words and and the black horses and carriage were beautiful. Excellent communications all the way through the process with clear and fixed costs for each of the services available. Service, Coffin, flowers, wake reception and catering were all completed at the first meeting. Everything went according to plan and the slight deviation caused by the weather conditions was solved seamlessly. The price was highly competitive and I would highly recommend these funeral directors.

Cherish Funeral Directors are very professional, compassionate
and go the extra mile and I would highly recommend them. They deserve 10 stars!!

Carol was excellent and made all the funeral arrangements for my mum in 2 days and was a great support during a very difficult time. She made suggestions for the coffin, flowers, and order of service which were spot on.

Matt and Tim were excellent too, and Tim phoned the night before the funeral to make sure all the arrangements made were ok.

On the day of the funeral people commented on the attention to detail of the coffin and flowers, and how dignified and respectful the pallbearers were. My mum had a great send off thanks to Cherish Funerals.

Thank you Cherish Funerals, from now on I will be recommending you to anyone who needs a funeral director.
