Cherish funeral directors what a wonderful caring company, led by James at aldridge my mom was looked after so well. From start to the actual funeral everything was taken care of for us with such care and respect. Cherish Funeral Directors at Walsall was excellent from the first phone call to now.
I spoke to James on the phone and he put me completely at ease.
On the first visit James came to my mums house and was so calm and kind and so caring and mum and I felt we were being looked after and so was Stuart.
I would recommend Cherish and I can't thank James enough for his kindness and compassion from the beginning to the end.

James has been nothing but kind and supportive throughout this whole emotional experience. He not only has shown sympathy for us all along our mum's final resting journey, he also demonstrated a natural empathy to how we were truly feeling. James' communication skills were excellent too as he ensured we were kept informed from the onset. We were also impressed with his organisational skills and how, when we were at a loss, he co-ordinated everything so we did not have to stress or worry.
Thank you James, you are a most personable gentleman and it was a pleasure to have met you; I just wish it wasn't in such upsetting circumstances. You have done our mum and Cherish proud.

We've used Cherish Funeral Directors three times now. They're unique. The level of service from start to finish is always impeccable. James is a credit to the company and I will be forever grateful for his support during the loss of my brother recently. Tim has always been a great support too. The team are amazing and I wouldn't use another company. We've used another company twice before Cherish Funeral Directors were set up and I thought they were good, but since using Cherish Funeral Directors, I would always recommend them now. Its a very difficult and emotional task, having to deal with the funeral arrangements of a loved one.
Mom, ( our Queen ) passed away at the age of 90, and was dearly loved by all the extended family, so, to give her the proper send off she deserved was our priority.
I cannot recommend Cherish Funeral Directors of Walsall enough, in particular Carol, who was a guiding light.
They took care of ALL the arrangements from start to finish.
We celebrated moms life, and the celebrant epitomised moms character to a tee at the service.

From start to finish the service we received was outstanding. We were treated with so much compassion and communicated with very well indeed. The entire service from meeting Carol at the office to the day of the funeral and being looked after by the wonderful gents on the day. The flowers were beautiful, the cars were beautiful and the journey on route to the crematorium was very relaxing. There is so much to say about Cherish there simply isn’t enough space, but with the sorrow we were all going through, Carol & Cherish were our light in the darkness. Thank you 🙏
