I have never known a company or person that shown such concern. Chamberlain's, and especially Gary delivered from day one. From meeting our father on the initial visit, who told me after the meeting, " I like that man ", to the concluding end. Chamberlain's looked after every step of a difficult event. Myself and my sister cannot praise this company, and everyone who works for them enough. Totally professional, and generally caring.

My family have used Chamblins funeral directors for a number of years. The staff Gary and sue are excellent. I listen to your needs with empathy nothing is too much trouble for them. If you’re struggling they assist you anyway they can. Unfortunately, I’ve had to use other funeral directors which I wasn’t happy with. I would recommend anyone to use Chamberlain’s  in bloxwich they are superb. For all our services they have gone above and beyond. They are lovely people.

Gary and Sue where superb. From using the funeral directors for a previous funeral I knew that this was where my mom would be going 💔.
Nothing was ever too much for these guys. The care of my mom was spectacular and the service (which Gary officiated) was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for anything else for my mom.

I cannot recommend Chamberlains highly enough for the care and professionalism with which they organised the funeral of my father. From the moment I got in touch, Gary was kind and considerate and listened intently to the way that we wanted the funeral to be.

From the empathy shown for my mother by coming out to her house to discuss the ceremony details, to every aspect of the actual day, we could not have asked for a more understanding approach.

Always prompt in answering any queries, I would recommend their service to anyone who has sadly lost a loved one.

Chamberlains were simply exceptional in both their service and support to our family. From the moment mom passed to the moment we laid her to rest, Chamberlains were respectful, empathetic, supportive and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that mom, her family and friends were treated with ultimate respect, which is so important at one of the most difficult times in your life, losing a loved one. Gary did a beautiful job as our celebrant, bringing kindness and compassion all the way through the day and throughout the service. We can't thank Chamberlains enough for making what is already an incredibly difficult thing to go through, an easy, supported and respectful journey. I I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chamberlains to anyone considering using their services, they are truly exceptional.

Myself and my family have used Chamberlains for a number of years. Each time we've unfortunately had to call upon them they have always been so lovely. Recently I lost my sister and before she passed we had a conversation about what she would like and that was a direct cremation. Wanting to follow her wishes but not ever knowing anyone who had dealt with one, Chamberlains soon put my worries at ease and listened to me cry and ramble on about Tina with such patience, kindness and understanding. They went the extra mile and with us not being a part of a funeral they talked me through how the day would go. Tina had music we chose as she went into the chapel and Gary stayed with her. To know that even though we wasn't with Tina, she was never on her own, and it gave us all so much comfort. Sue always let me know me know what was happening and was so gentle with me. I can not truly explain how wonderful they both are. Thank you.

What a professional and empathetic service was provided from first contact through to the cremation service of our late mother. Nothing was too much trouble for either Gary and Sue at Chamberlains. They kept in regular contact with the family, to ensure that everything was in order.

A special thank you to Gary from all the family for his celebrant services that he provided. He presented a lovely celebration of life tribute for our mother at the cremation service, using the information provided to him by the family.

At the worst time of your life, you seek comfort and support. I did not expect to find those things, from people I had just met. Arranging moms funeral with Gary, felt like chatting with an old friend. He conducted the service also and, talked us through everything from start to finish. I'd also like to thank Sue, for all of her help and support. My heartbreak was made easier, by the service & support I received from Chamberlains. I can not recommend or thank them enough.

Chamberlain have been nothing but fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and even letting us do things that aren't normally done. Gary and Sue are kind and caring and looked after my dad in the best way they could. I can't thank them enough. I can't give enough praise to Chamberlains funeral directors when assisting us following the passing of my father.
From start of the process with Sue and all her advice to the final goodbye with Gary as the celebrant.
Gary again giving the best of his knowledge in picking every single little detail.

From the moment my husband was taken into Chamberlains care Gary and Sue went out of their way to ensure Steve's wishes were carried out, kinder professionals I could not wish to meet nothing was to much trouble .On Steve's final journey Gary officiated my husbands service his care ,compassion and attention to detail was outstanding .

I cannot speak highly enough of Chamberlains. Gary & Sue were Professional, caring & dignified throughout. Nothing we requested was a problem or to much to ask, all leading to the send off we would all want after the sad loss of one of our loved ones. We asked for a celebration of Moms life & with all the right questions asked and the necessary arrangement put into place a celebration is exactly what we got. A very sad day made so much easier to handle. The professionalism & courtesy of the drivers/pall bearers must also be mentioned as this was also outstanding.
