Myself and my family have used Chamberlains for a number of years. Each time we've unfortunately had to call upon them they have always been so lovely. Recently I lost my sister and before she passed we had a conversation about what she would like and that was a direct cremation. Wanting to follow her wishes but not ever knowing anyone who had dealt with one, Chamberlains soon put my worries at ease and listened to me cry and ramble on about Tina with such patience, kindness and understanding. They went the extra mile and with us not being a part of a funeral they talked me through how the day would go. Tina had music we chose as she went into the chapel and Gary stayed with her. To know that even though we wasn't with Tina, she was never on her own, and it gave us all so much comfort. Sue always let me know me know what was happening and was so gentle with me. I can not truly explain how wonderful they both are. Thank you.

What a professional and empathetic service was provided from first contact through to the cremation service of our late mother. Nothing was too much trouble for either Gary and Sue at Chamberlains. They kept in regular contact with the family, to ensure that everything was in order.

A special thank you to Gary from all the family for his celebrant services that he provided. He presented a lovely celebration of life tribute for our mother at the cremation service, using the information provided to him by the family.

At the worst time of your life, you seek comfort and support. I did not expect to find those things, from people I had just met. Arranging moms funeral with Gary, felt like chatting with an old friend. He conducted the service also and, talked us through everything from start to finish. I'd also like to thank Sue, for all of her help and support. My heartbreak was made easier, by the service & support I received from Chamberlains. I can not recommend or thank them enough.

Chamberlain have been nothing but fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and even letting us do things that aren't normally done. Gary and Sue are kind and caring and looked after my dad in the best way they could. I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend to anyone how has lost there loved one to talk to chamberlains.

I can't give enough praise to Chamberlains funeral directors when assisting us following the passing of my father.
From start of the process with Sue and all her advice to the final goodbye with Gary as the celebrant.
Gary again giving the best of his knowledge in picking every single little detail.

From the moment my husband was taken into Chamberlains care Gary and Sue went out of their way to ensure Steve's wishes were carried out, kinder professionals I could not wish to meet nothing was to much trouble .On Steve's final journey Gary officiated my husbands service his care ,compassion and attention to detail was outstanding .
I could not of asked for a more dignified and personal experience on the most difficult day of my life I thank you from the bottom of my heart

I cannot speak highly enough of Chamberlains. Gary & Sue were Professional, caring & dignified throughout. Nothing we requested was a problem or to much to ask, all leading to the send off we would all want after the sad loss of one of our loved ones. We asked for a celebration of Moms life & with all the right questions asked and the necessary arrangement put into place a celebration is exactly what we got. A very sad day made so much easier to handle. The professionalism & courtesy of the drivers/pall bearers must also be mentioned as this was also outstanding. Chamberlains were so extremely kind to our family. Every request we had was taken care of perfectly. The funeral service was perfect. Gary and Sue are both compassionate and kind they really listened to us. We as a family know we would not have received the service that we did if we had gone anywhere else. We can never thank Chamberlains enough for everything they did for us.

A few years ago Gary looked after the arrangements for my mothers funeral, the arrangements and service were absolutely first class. Sadly in March I lost my wonderful wife Yvonne. I had no hesitation in approaching Gary and Sue to help organise and plan the service for me and my daughter Megan. Everything was perfect, and at a very upsetting time, we were treated with care and compassion throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chamberlains they are outstanding.

My mom's funeral was beautiful and all because of the staff at Chamberlains . They helped us every step of the way to make our mom's funeral as special as she was to us. They went above and behond and we couldn't of wished for a better service. They are one in a million and I would recommend them to anyone. They really made our mom feel special and looked after us all at that very sad time. God bless them 🙏❤️
