August last year I had the difficult task of organizing my mom's funeral, and Lilies truly went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. From booking the cemetery to liaising with the church they handled every detail with care and professionalism. Their timely and empathetic support was invaluable during a challenging time.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail and willingness to help with every aspect of the service. They even ensured the programs arrived at the church before the service started. Their professionalism and kindness were evident in every interaction.

In 2019 Nathan organised the repatriation of my dad's body to Nigeria and I was equally impressed with their service then. Their prices are very competitive, and it's clear they prioritize supporting families during difficult times.

As a family we can't thank Lilies enough for the professional service they provided when we lost our dear Mom.
Also the fact that at any point they were only a phone call away if we were worried or concerned about anything.
Calum ,Nathan and Donna were so kind and caring .
They made what was one of the worst times in our lives as seamless as possible.
We would highly recommend them to anyone .

Everyone at Lilies was kind compassionate and caring when dealing with us following the sad loss of our much loved dad. Nothing was too much trouble. Responsive to calls and emails and the whole process from start to finish was handled so well we felt confident everything was catered for. No pushy sales, knowledgeable in explaining all our options, genuine caring staff.

At a difficult time the staff at Lilies were helpful, compassionate, thoughtful and provided us with all the information we needed to make sure we had suitable arrangements in place. No request seemed too much and they appeared to want us to have the best experience we could,  no matter the impact on time etc.

Very kind and understanding did everything possible to keep my wife looking as beautiful as she day she left me and my boys. They even allowed our pup in to say her goodbyes which I found touching. From start to finish all the people who looked after us at Lilies were fantastic.  Very kind and compassionate, but very professional and I trusted that they were taking good care of my husband and the arrangements for his funeral.
