J.Vernon Kendricks have been amazing throughout with our family. We did not expect losing our mum at such a young age it has been one of the hardest things to go through but Jeni at the Stourbridge funeral home has been fantastic with us she helped us arrange the most loveliest send off for my late mum.

I don't even know where to begin. The service and compassion received from both Trevor and Jenny was second to none. From the outset nothing was too much trouble for them. The care and compassion shown to myself, my brother and my children was wonderful. We entrusted our late mum into the care of Kendricks and it was simply the best decision that we made. Our mum was treated with respect and dignity which is all we could have wished for. Kevin, our Director for the day of Mum's funeral was beyond any words. His true compassion and empathy shown to us as a family was just beautiful. Nothing at all was too much trouble. The little things that made all of the difference are something that we will remember for many years to come. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us through these difficult times. We will be eternally grateful xxx
