Sam, Liza and his team were amazing. At such a difficult time they treated us with such respect and dignity. On the day of dad’s funeral all of the family were looked after, the flowers were beautiful and the civil celebrant Samantha Pitt did an amazing job and captured dad’s personality and spirit . Our family have recently received an excellent service from Taylor’s.  It had been our intention to use another service as we had used them previously however they were not able to accommodate the date and time we had planned.  So we sourced Taylor’s as a local funeral directors who were able to accommodate us, they were very professional and unobtrusive on the day and supported both the service and burial.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or use them again.

The service we received from the caring, friendly team at Taylor’s was first class, from the moment we first walked in the door the afternoon our mother died. Nothing was too much trouble and the caring, respectful attention to detail and communication with us was excellent.  The funeral was held in Surrey but this was not a problem for Taylor’s, who ensured everything ran smoothly and exactly as planned. I can highly recommend Taylor’s.

Approached several local directors with exact requirements for quotes. Taylors were the cheapest and as we had no experience with any of the others we chose them.

They were excellent from the start to the finish, we could not fault them anywhere. Very professional with a very good personable approach. Having arranged five previous funerals in other parts of the country they were there at the top.

So not only did we end up with superb service but Marie Curie Hospice received a large four figure donation that represented the difference between the dearest and Taylor's quotes. Superb outcome.

Taylor’s provided a bespoke service to our family at the most difficult time. Kind, caring and listening to our needs, they offered compassion and advice, making this difficult process more bearable. Nothing proved too much trouble, working with us on flowers, orders of service and transport. Their professionalism made us feel dad was in good hands.
