Marcus was very attentive to detail.He left no stone unturned to make sure the cremation went without a hitch
Made sure that I was not left alone and down because of the situation.Kept in frequent contact to ensure I was OK and happy with the cremation procedure.

From the first initial phone call to the funeral day, Marcus and his team were there to hold our hand through the process. Judith and Ann in the office were compassionate and professional and most of all they always had time for you. Lisa who organised the Order Of Service once again compassionate and reliable with prompt responses to e mails and very open to our ideas. The flowers were just as bright and fresh a week later.

Then we come to Marcus.His dedication,care,professionalism,empathy and above all his devotion to his work is beyond belief. From visiting us at home to carrying us through the day you are made to feel very cared for. Marcus gives you part of himself and that is the difference.
