Also a thank you to Claire for being so helpful on the day of the funeral & to her other colleagues for help & assistance when we where carrying the coffin.

The service we received all the way through was exceptional. Janet was very caring and helpful as was Claire. Jackie who did our service at the crematorium was brilliant and I cannot recommend her enough! They all made a horrible experience easier to deal with!

We found both Joy & Janet to be very helpful and understanding to our requirements. Despite a very tight deadline we were able to complete the funeral arrangements on time and to our full satisfaction.

Claire and her team were first class. Clair herself was very attentive and "on the ball" and her team provided unobtrusive, able support with the bearing of the coffin into and out of the church and crematorium. Everything was covered from the distribution of the Orders of Service to the collection of charitable donations. I will have no hesitation in recommending the Co-operative Funeralcare in the future. Very straightforward to arrange the funeral. Funeral arranger was helpful and courteous.

Able to offer a recommended civil celebrant who was excellent. Phone call from funeral director on day prior to funeral was helpful just to check out whether we had any final questions.
