I found the staff at the Co-operative Funeral Care Branch on Kenpas Highway kind, professional and helpful. My late sister had made the arrangements for her own funeral in advance. The arrangements were explained and reviewed clearly and concisely and all of our questions were answered fully by Janet. On the day Claire managed the proceedings very well and everything went to plan. The service delivered by the celebrant, Kim Robson-Greene, was very well received. I am sure that my late sister would have been happy with how things went. Thank you.

The staff at the Co-Operative FuneralCare branch on Kenpas Highway in Coventry were utterly amazing. Not only were they highly professional, knowledgeable amd helpful in their roles, thry were also empathetic, sympathetic and took the time to really listen and understand in one of the most difficult times of life. I would highly recommend this branch to amypne without any hesitation....they were brilliant! Thanks Joyce, Claire and Janet for all of your help during this difficult time and thanks to the drivers and coffin bearers on the day of the funeral too

Our experience with the Co op funeral care was very good, Joyce dealt with us and was kind and compassionate. She dealt with everything professionally and made everything manageable for us. 
The day of the funeral went as smoothly as it could have led by Clare who again, along with her colleagues were very kind, compassionate and professional. 
I would recommend the company without a doubt.

Trying to organise a funeral is a hard job, but from the very first day we went yo see Janet she was so lovely and helpful , organised everything went through all our options we could do as regards where to have mum's service etc ringing round people the lot . In the end mum had a horse drawn hearse and the service was at the church she got married in which as a family we appreciated alot. , the only thing we didn't get was the drive past mums old house as they were llate leaving to get to church , but the day itself went without any real hitches and even the sun cane out thank you again to Janet, Joyce and Claire for a send off mum deserved, the best for the best mum in the world xx
