Everything went according to plan and the funeral was very professionally led. There was only one occasion when emails got mixed up or weren't responded to very quickly which is why I have awarded 4 instead of 5 stars. Many thanks we would recommend the Co-op.

We were very impressed with how our loved ones funeral was dealt with & very happy. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we requested a donation box be supplied by the funeral directors for our chosen charity but this was forgotten.
