Empathetic and efficient. The staff quickly tuned in to what we needed and reacted appropriately. The service reflected and remembered my brother in a way that felt very personal with the right mix of facts, humour and spirituality.

Thanks to Tom from the Lower Holyhead Road branch my Dad's funeral was a fitting send off for a lovely man. A little bit different with the horse racing casket which many people commented on along with the lovely service. Many thanks for arranging everything.

I was a shame to have so little control over the music and no opportunity to check what had been supplied until 5 minutes before the service.
Wrong music supplied.
I was surprised to see a charge of £900 for administration with no explanation. When I asked for more detail none was given. This is an expensive service and I would have expected a proper breakdown of costs.
It is difficult to ask questions in such circumstances.
The flowers were good.

Everything went smoothly and was professionally handled, and we thank the Co-op for that. The only down side was the length of time we had to wait for the funeral to take place.
