The person that was dealing with my mums funeral arragements Sharon was very þthelpful and understanding also did everything that we asked adding advice if we were stuck also keeping us informed and upto date with anything that was being carried out.

Very efficient, helpful when legal paperwork went awry at Coroners office. Respectful and dignified on the day. The website extremely useful in coordinating all the necessary things such as attendance, dates, times and venue, contributions to nominated charity, condolence messages, etc. Thank you, it helped to remove some of the stress and concerns of the whole process. We were so pleased with the way that dads funeral was conducted  by The Co-op funeral service. 
Everything was handled in the most professional manner and with the utmost care and compassion and the glider coffin was absolutely stunning. It was just what we wanted for dad and we felt that we had given him a good send off.
We thank all the staff for their help and understanding and for making a very sad day something to remember and treasure.

I Have been very impressed with all the help, kindness and professionalism from the Co OP Funeral service. The Lady in charge at the Crematorium made such a difficult and sad time so much easier for us all.

I am very happy with the funeral care handling of my late mother Joan Dean. I want to thank Sharon of the coventry Lower Holyhead Road branch for her help and patience regarding choices of arrangements and advise. All personnel were very friendly and professional. My only concern is about the lack of an adequate reception area when entering the parlour. On one occasion no one was aware that myself and another client were waiting. This would not be very welcoming to a new customer especially if grieving the loss of a loved one.
