From the start of my mothers death until the end of the funeral the staff were excellent. Leslie organising and carry out our wishes then Tom with his men were brilliant on the day.

The Co-operative Funeralcare Coventry were excellent in every respect.  They helped with every aspect of the planning such as timings at the crematorium; finding a friendly minister (we are not a church-going family); producing order of service etc.  We chose flowers, music, hymns, photographs etc.  They kept us informed of what was happening and invited us to keep in contact if we needed more help or information.  Everything came together very well on the day.  Everyone present complimented the manner in which things were organised.  On top of this, close family live in Telford and the funeral was in Coventry, but that didn't present any obstacle.  The Co-op ensured that what could have been quite a traumatic or difficult time felt good on the day.  I would warmly recommend them to others.

The co op funeral service was excellent. The reception of us at the office was very compassionate and Sharon was very understanding and caring. The funeral itself was perfect and exactly as my mum would have wanted. Tom who looked after us on the day was also very professional and caring also. The co op also organised a minister to oversee the day, Mervyn who also acted with greater dignity and care. We could not have envisioned that the entire sad event could have been better. Thank you.

The Co-Op Funeral Care were very professional with my Dads funeral from start to finish. Tom was very understanding when I was stuck in Spain when Dad passed and arranged for Mum and my Brother to go and make the arrangements on a pre-paid funeral plan. Adele was a lovely lady who made sure the day went as well as these things can go. On the day it was well organised and they made sure everything went smoothly. We, as a family could not fault a thing. Dad would have been pleased with the send off he had. Would recommend to others. Liked the funeral zone aspect where people could donate to the charity and also leave candles, messages etc. Lovely touch.

Thank you for making such a difficult time more bearable for all of us.
