Thank you for all your support throughout this very difficult time Nadine was very good very helpful and helped every step .
Also want to say when I went to visit my mum at the chapel of rest I was so grateful how beautiful and peaceful she looked it gave me a sense of peace when I left which I was really finding it difficult this definitely helped thank you coop for everything

I have never organised a funeral before and wanted it to be special as was for a special person. The lady who I spoke to Adele was so helpful . She made sure she talked me through what I wanted and helped me get a beautiful bespoke coffin. The funeral was so smooth and all staff so professional. I feel there are exceptional at there service and highly recommend them . I was also impressed by the cost and felt I had received a excellent service for the price paid. Big thank you to the staff involved.

we can not fault the service we received throughout the whole process from the very start to the very end.We were treated with the utmost respect and compassion at this very difficult time. Professionalism from everyone was maintained at all times. We felt that they treated us and mum who had passed with the greatest empathy and compassion making the whole difficult process that little bit easier. Regular contact was made keeping us fully informed of arrangements and we got to choose exactly what we wanted without any pressure or expectations from them.I We can't thank them enough for their support and dedication during this difficult time, Thank you.

We were very pleased with the care and consideration that we were given by the co-op funeral service with my late mother's funeral. Adele and everyone else involved were professional and kind. It made organising such a difficult thing easier to do. The day itself was as good as it could possibly be. Reverend Roger conducted a lovely service helping us to reflect and remember what a long and fulfilling life my mother had. Thank you all.
