We used the co-op and Nadine as they were very good when my uncle passed away. Likewise the service received for my father was exceptional and Nadine was professional, compassionate and helped us with the arrangements without any trouble at all. It was a very dignified service and I praise all the staff involved.

Myself and behalf of my sister and father we would like to personally thank Nadine at the Ansty Road FuneralCare branch for the beautiful funeral she helped put together for my dear late mum. Her compassion and patience with us was grately appreciated at this very hard and sad time for all of us. Her gentle nature and care she took made our mum feel very special. From the moment we walked into the Ansty Road Coventry branch of the Co op Funeral care services Adele & her team treated us with kindness at this awful time. All our wishes were adhered to & everything was perfect. We had exceptional service from Peter in the Watford Co op branch the following day. Adele & Peter were absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for helping us through this sad time.

Your professional way of organising the funeral for my late husband Stephen from the beginning to the end was excellent. Adele was very professional, kind and helpful. Before I came to your office I didn’t know where to start but with Adele’s help and kind guidance I was able to overcome my fears and anxiety. Creamation day was perfect. Thank you Adele. The Cooperative funeral service on Ansty Road in Coventry provided a first class service from start to finish. They were a helping hand at a time we were struggling with the sad loss of our Father. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Adele was fantastic to deal with. She helped point me in the right direct for issues even outside of the funeral arrangements. The organisation of this funeral was not as smooth as i imagine most are (no fault of yours) and Adele handeled it perfectly with nothing being too much trouble. Her team on the day were also fantastic and it all ran very smoothly.

I can not thank Adele and her team enough for making them the one thing i did not have to worry about

The organising of my uncle's funeral was simplified by having a Co-op funeral plan. However there are still many finer details to organise and the team at Coop funeral care in Ansty Rd Coventry were very helpful, understanding and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral service everything was sensitively handled.
