The support and professionalism of everyone I dealt with at the Co-op has been outstanding. The care and attention to detail given went far beyond the call of duty, such as offering to stay behind after closing time when I was stuck on the motorway so that I could see my dad in his casket. Advice on the order of service was particularly helpful and meant that together we created a truly personal booklet that we were very proud of. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

The lady that dealt with my Mom and I was amazing. She was sensitive, calming and very helpful during this awful time. I would recommend anyone to put their loved one to rest with this funeral home.

The Co-operative Funeralcare Yardley Wood offered our mother the services she wanted, so that she could calmly get on with her life.
Those attending on the day of her death, her funeral and the office staff and printers were professional, sympathetic, understanding and dignified in fulfilling her wishes.

Mums funeral was everything that we hoped it would be, Lisa was helpful and treated us well on every visit. 
The day was lovely and ran smoothly and everyone that attended thought how well it had gone.
It is always a sad time but we felt that we were treated with so much compassion and respect it helped us cope,
