Theresa is one of the most compassionate people we have met. We cannot thank her enough for her care and sensitivity; our needs were dealt with efficiently and with compassion. This is the fifth time that Theresa and the team at the Co-Op in Yardley have supported our family with funeral arrangements and on each occasion our grief was acknowledged and Theresa was able to help us through the very difficult process sensitively and efficiently. This is one of the most difficult things anyone can have to do while they are still grieving - being able to trust your funeral director goes some way to easing the process. We truly can't thank the team enough. The Oldnall Family

We are members of the National Association of Funeral Directors, following their strict code of practice, and our funeral bond scheme is monitored by the Funeral Planning Authority.

    Excellent service. My family and l were very satisfied with the way the Furneral was organised by TERESA in the office to The Horses & carriage to the burial. I would definitely recommend The Birmingham Co-op Furneral Services. Many thanks for all your Help and Support at this most distressing moment.

    Theresa in the office was empathetic and helpful.
    On hand when we had queries.
    And various useful tips which helped.

    Vince accommodated various beliefs within the family, which helped us to all be happy with the result on an important day.

    Theresa who lead out was smart, punctual and respectful. Likewise the bearers for the coffin.

    Also staff at Nechells, who also helped initially.

    On behalf of myself and our family would like to thank all of you for helping us through a challenging time.
