Moms Funeral was carried out above and beyond what we expected. We wanted the Hearse to stop at her home of over 60 years, and being located in a tight cul - de - sac, we're would have been happy yo have paused the the entrance, but it was clear that arrangements had been made to keep it clear of parked cars so our wishes could be carried out. The burial was carried out with the upmost care and dignity, with the head undertaker attending to our every need with respect and understanding.

Friendly, compassionate, professional service. Nothing too much trouble. Helpful suggestions, particularly with regard to choice of church for service. Made an emotionally difficult process much easier than expected. There were some tears along with some laughter! If I was asked I would certainly recommend your services.

They were extremely helpful from the first meeting where Susan's daughter (aged 29) and son (aged 27), who are both mildly autistic and wary of meeting new people in new situations, both felt able to contribute their wishes for the funeral. From my point of view, I was her friend and all the organisation fell on me, what could have been a very stressful situation was made much easier. On the actual day the support given was quiet and unobtrusive but you knew the support was there. Since then, in any other dealings I have had with the staff, they have always been considerate, understanding and caring. I know Liam was also grateful for the chat and help he received when he went in for some counselling when I was actually in hospital and unable to support him at that particular time.
