Lovely, kind and compassionate, friendly, warm and understanding...Claire guided us through the process with patience and empathy.

Appreciated very much that the atmosphere was respectfully peaceful and calm without being dull and melancholy: bright and fresh made it so much easier to breathe when at moments i was unable to hold back the tears.

It isn't the kind of business that you want to have to recommend people to....but should the occasion arise, i certainly will.

The lady Jill who helped memorganise everything was perfect honestly I could not of asked for someone better.

I will not go anywhere else for funerals they are perfection thank you so much Jill you made a family very very very happy

excellent service nothing was to much trouble all your personnel were very thoughtful and caring and the suggestion of the union flag on the coffin brought everything together. the flowers were superb and appreciated by all alberts family and friends.

on my elderly brothers sudden illness and very quick passing away,i was left to arrange his funeral with no money left only a life insurance policy ,as I had used the coop funeral sevices before I went to them and said the insurance is only 2900 pounds what can we do so I was very kindly shown a number of plans but decided on there simplicity plan,this covered all there services with just the hearse and crematorium fees etc this came to 2800 altogether and it was done arranged with great care and understanding by all at the coop stirchley,as he had served in the army we got in touch with the british legion who free of charge sent 3 flag bearerswhich made it a good day.

From the original funeral bond arrangements to the departing journey of Dad, the Co Op Stirchley were professional, caring and kind. Can not recommend them enough. Everything was just as the family wanted and asked for.

We were always treated with consideration and compassion in our dealings with the Co-op Funeralcare team in Stirchley. Everything went very smoothly both in preparation for and on the day of the funeral and we were very pleased with the beautiful orders of service they produced. Co-op Funeral Care in Stirchley are a first class professional service.  I have just used their services for my brother and previously for my mother and father and every time they are great to deal with, very compassionate and caring.  Their communications are always first class and prompt and there is never any issue with getting the kind of service and funeral that I want.  This time I was dealing with Debbie who was very good and it helped that she knew us from our childhood where we found out we lived in the same area, Warstock.  I would highly recommend these people to help you sort out what can be a stressful and uncomfortable time, but they just make it seamless, easy and professional.

It is never a good time, but my Nan was given a great send off, and the staff worked hard to ensure that the funeral went as planned. I cannot fault the service we received. Thanks to Claire and the rest of the team who gave my Nan a fitting fairwell.
