From the minute we had to start funeral aŕrangements for dad the Co-op have been nothing other than respectful/compassionate and professional. We saw dad many times in the chapel, often just turning up impromptu and it was never an issue to let us see him. Communication was spot on. Highly recommend

Thank you for helping us cope with a very difficult time for the family. All the staff came into contact with were very considerate and sensitive to the way we felt. Carol Walker who was my primary contact showed a genuine interest in my deceased mothers life, and although I changed my mind on timings, she always put me at my ease.

We also thought that my mother was very well presented whilst at rest in the parlour.

The service we have received there has always been great in the past but this time we experienced some issues with regards to the organisation of my Uncles funeral which unfortunately we were not happy with. The issues were mostly resolved but it was a difficult time as it was without encountering problems along the way.
