My husband passed away in April and I didn't know how I was going to cope with organising the funeral. The Ladies at the co-op at the Maypole were fantastic. They were sympathetic and had amazing advice. The funeral day was really really lovely and I felt very well looked after. A special thank you to Lisa at the Maypole for her kindness.

    Our meetings with the staff at funeralzone were held in a professional manner but with empathy and understanding. We mainly dealt with Lisa who was very knowledgeable and had the patience of a saint when it came to the order of service which was changed several times in order to get it right. Nothing was too much trouble.
    Prior to the day itself, I was contacted by Catherine who confirmed all the arrangements by phone. On the day she introduced herself and guided us through the process with professionalism.
    We were kept informed of where dad was being kept initially and later when he moved to the Maypole. On behalf of the family, I would like to thank everyone for their advice, guidance and support.
