Micheal's funeral was carried out in the most professional manner. We would highly recommend to friends and family to use your company. Special thank you to the female who stood in for Mr Lowe (sorry can't remember her name). She had the most lovely caring attitude which was very much appreciated.

Everything went extremely well. The Humanitarian Minister that they appointed was excellent and the service was highly personal.
Apart from delays that were beyond their control (just how busy everywhere was). The girls were always welcoming and supportive

We used the Coop funeral director's at East Medway. Suzanne helped us with all the arrangements and was very proffessional and efficient.
She was also very sympathetic at this difficult time. I would recommend the Coop especially the East Medway office.
