I can't thank the co-op enough the day went without a hitch , we were looked after from start to finish, I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the staff at kingstanding from the organizing staff to the pallbearers you were all 10/10

All of the staff were incredibly kind and professional, they did absolutely everything that they could to help me through this difficult time. There was no limit to the number of times that I wanted to go and see my mum at the funeral home, and someone was always available to answer any questions I had. The Order of Service was printed beautifully, and exactly how I wanted. The lady conducting the funeral sat with me the day before the funeral and went through all of the arrangements with me, checking to make sure that everything was the way I wanted it. She explained that her prime role was to make sure that everything went smoothly, and that she would be looking after me. Everything went to plan, and she led the funeral with absolute respect and professionalism. I can't thank everyone enough for everything.

At such a sad time we could not ask for any better service than what we got. They were very friendly and helpful with all matters.

Funeral itself was dealt with efficiently and sensitively however I felt extremely upset and let down that my dads ashes were not made available on the date agreed (my dads birthday). This date was agreed when the funeral arrangements were made and also followed up by an email the day before I expected them.
