Even though it was a very emotionally sad time, the team from the Co-operative Funeralcare was respectful, and very informative regarding the whole process. Ultimately professional in all aspects.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Selina, the woman at the coop who looked after us was amazing. She helped us with everything we wanted for our Mum. She made things perfect for our Mum and helped us to organise a lovely send off for her. All the staff were kind and caring and very helpful, keeping us in the loop with everything. It was hard for us to process anything and Selina sorted everything for us. Everything was arranged how we wanted and we were pleased with it all.

The service from the co-op has been second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were able to see my wife whenever we wanted. We were also pleased the funeral cars were silver instead of the normal black, we thought this was a lovely touch. We didn’t want black at the funeral. Thank you so much for giving my wife a lovely send off.

I'd like to thank you on behalf of my family for all of your support during such a difficult time. All of the staff at co-op funerals had such empathy from the moment we called you to start the arrangements. Once your team arrived at our home they understood it was such a shock to us and gave the extra time we needed. A special thank you to Selina Watts for going that extra mile to make the final goodbyes to my husband as best as they could be. I'd also like to mention what a great job your design team did with our order of service at a moments notice. Once again thank you for your support.

I could not fault any one at the Kingstanding Co-op Funeralcare, from the first meeting with Alison Hucheson through all the organising up until the day. We were kept updated on everything, and on the day Debbie was so helpful and considerate of my elderly mom and all the rest of the family

The funeral home were really excellent my only problem was the priest, he rushed through the service and didn’t read out the poem I had given him. He also never spoke to me before or even after the service. Otherwise I would have given you 5 stars.
