From the time we first telephoned and visited High Street Funeral Directors everyone was most kind and helpful. This made everything at this sad time easier to deal with.

Would highly recommend them.

This is the third time my family have had to use the services of a funeral directors over the last three years.Every time we have used High Street Funerals Erdington.We were all so pleased with the services they gave the first time there was no hesitation in using them again
about 12 weeks ago and again  for my wife on 12/9/17.This must confirm how very satisfied we all were with their sevice and any queries we had in the days that followed.Very happy  to post this review     Regards Tony Lorton

High Street Funeral Directors were excellent throughout the whole process. Stephanie is compassionate, approachable and professional and supported us wonderfully. She appreciated our emotions and helped and guided us through, with her the day was a fitting tribute to our Mom, and I felt that we were all supported as individuals as well as a family.

Overall the service provided was pleasing.
However, there were times when there was some uncertainty as to what exactly we wanted and had arranged eg. that Keenans were replacing the memorial stone, not having it stored. Liz also had to check several times about the order of service to make sure the details were as required.

Personal and professional from moment of contact. All the stress and anxiety were just taken away. My parents are elderly and everything was arranged from our own home.Stephs personal touch was a very big comfort to our family, as we are not religious family Steph preformed service herself. All in all my brother had a great send off.

Its a small independent Funeral Directors, run by a team who clearly know their business and are very much in sync. We had a quite unusual set of requests, all of which were catered for without fuss and taken in their stride. We also asked for Stephanie to handle the celebrant duties which she did with Warmth, humour and style. The day went without a hitch. They dealt with our loss in a dignified and professional manner but bought a warm and compassionate edge to the procedings that we very much appreciated.
