You were very compassionate and understood our needs at this difficult time and you gave a very excellent service. The flowers were beautiful and the order of service was really good too. after a upsetting time for the family after losing my lovely dad,hickton funeral services off castle brom did a truly professional,careing and all round service to make sure all areas were covered and things ran smoothly.working for a large well known carpet retailer myself I understand that what can go wrong so I appreciate all the help we were given and advice. with special thanks to roger for his excellent people skills and careing nature,jackie the rev for her excellent and professional service and also to dan (appologies if ive forgot his name) for his expertise and professionalism on the day and to all involved in front and behind the scenes......very much appreciated and many thanks again.
