Amazing,caring and very helpful service,everything we asked for was accommodated and everything throughout the situation was dealt with in an understanding and professional manner and the actual day of the funeral went much better than i expected as i had the comfort of knowing that hicktons was the best funeral business i could of chose,also it went very well because of the excellent team at hicktons,me and my family are very appreciative to all the team as they helped us out so much throughout this traumatic experience. Absolutely amazing service Lisa Farmer truly is a caring, compassionate and thoughtful lady. Our family are grateful for the overwhelming service Hickton provided for us. Great service with the personal touch its the little things like Lisa explaining to the kids about the coffin so they wasn't to scared the day of the funeral everyone knowing us by name little things that made a big difference to us so thanks you from us all xx

The funeral was well organised and the pall bearers/undertakers were very considerate. Not to keen on the funeral celebrant as she didn't recite or portray accurately. During service she made several mistakes.

However can't fault Hickton's staff and the sympathy and compassion shown.
