The service provided by everyone was outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Every single person, from picking my mother up from her home, to the day of her funeral were amazing,professional, empathic, informative and more. The staff at Livingston Funeral care are, in my opinion, a credit to the company. They looked after, not only my mother, but my family and I too.

I am very happy with the services provided. Pauline was easy to communicate with on all the arrangements and decisions that had to be made and she put us at ease straight away. My only slight criticism is over a brief misunderstanding around when we could visit mum. However, as soon as it was mentioned, Pauline went out of her way to make this happen as quickly as possible to accommodate our circumstances and this was very much appreciated by us. On the actual day, Jamie did a wonderful job of overseeing every detail. I especially want to thank Pauline for putting us in touch with Lizette for providing the actual service. Lizette is an amazing and lovely woman whose words and compassion were beyond comforting. So many people thought she knew our mum because of how perfectly she captured and delivered our feedback and stories. Thank you Pauline, Jamie and Lizette for your support, compassion, guidance and professionalism throughout what is a very difficult and emotional experience but especially for the wonderful send-off our mum deserved!

I have to say that there were one or two odds and ends that were pointed out to various people in the co-op but overall the service provided was excellent and due to the fact that this was indeed a very stressful time we are delighted with the service we received.
