Professional, Friendly and easy to deal with  . Any questions we had were answered thoughtfully, with patience and guidance given on any matters we were unsure off . All staff were contactable and professional and caring to all family members especially on the day of the cremation.

Had to arrange everything by email or phone as living down south of England and wanting the funeral in Scotland was not an easy task. Jamie was so helpful, kind and kept me informed every step of the way. The funeral was faultless and perfect in every way, all I had to do on the day was follow Jamie's lead.

I cannot thank Jamie and his team at the Co Op enough for their first class service throughout the painful journey arranging my mums funeral. Jamie’s rare professionalism coupled with understanding and empathy is a real credit to the Co op and I immediately knew that my mum was in safe hands. 
Arlene Mackenzie, the Celebrant also delivered the most touching service which I’ll be forever grateful for. Thank you once again to the Co op for giving my mum the best send off we could all have hoped for.

I found Jamie my funeral director very helpful and calming in a time of pressure and help make the best decision I could for my son funeral I also found him very professional and observant of my needs before I even had thought it through
