The care they gave me, during the most vulnerable time of my life, was invaluable. They not only arranged mum’s funeral, they stepped in to assist with the ceremony. I couldn’t begin to say how wonderful they were, from beginning to end of my dealing’s with them.

From the planning and blank canvas at the beginning and the ceremony I cannot fault anything.

Jamie and his team were second to none when it came to our mums funeral. Nothing was too much for them and the aftercare with regards to our mums ashes was efficient and respectful. Would recommend the Co-Op in Livingston to anybody looking for a quality service.

Nothing was a problem we felt at ease with Lindsay who guided us through the process and offered various options when it came to choosing hymns/ music, order of service etc . I will say this is the third time we have used the Co- op funeral services and we would recommend them to anybody .

My dad passed away unexpectedly in January, the day after my 26th bday. Being so young dealing with this on my own, my funeral director Jamie was an absolute god send. He was there for me every step of the way and is a huge credit to the business. Jamie kept me well informed and took a lot of pressure off me and will be forever grateful for him and the team at the co op.

We had a lot of problems but none of the problems had anything to do with the co-op.  The staff were very kind and helpful and also did there.Best to sort out the issues that we had.  I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I found all the staff to be very helpful, compassionate and supportive at a very difficult time. There was no sense of being rushed and lots of suggestions were given for consideration which helped enormously. The co-ordination and timimings on the day of my brothers funeral was excellent.
