The service provided was excellent.  Jamie and his colleagues helped every step of the way from arranging the funeral to carrying it out on the day.  This left us as a family with no stress and everyone was lovely and could not do enough for us.

Not the easiest thing to Review. However, the care, understanding and attention myself and family received during one of the most difficult times in our life will never be forgotten. Lynsey, Craig and the Team at Livingston were always there for us and made my Dad's final journey special. Not sure I can put into words our gratitude and thanks. You all contributed - especially Lynsey - guiding us to get things just right for Dad. Very special people who do a very difficult job. Thank you for being there every step of the way.

Kind, sympathetic care and advice from our initial phone call. We knew we could contact them at any time to answer any questions no matter how stupid. Jamie phoned the day before the funeral to tell us what would happen on the day and give us extra reassurance at a difficult time. The service we received was second to none.

As a family we can’t thank the funeral care team more, at every point we knew that my gran was going to be taken care of with the most dignity and respect. There was a BIG mistake at the crematorium, his 3 sons ,a grandson and 2 nephews were supposed to be pall bearers & were never called to come forward. It was so very hurtful as it was their last farewell to their Dad.
I don't think I will ever forget it & how very angry I am about it.

The Co-op Funeralcare went above and beyond our expectations, I would highly recommend using them if you are in an unfortunate position on looking to arrange a funeral 
The staff are very professional at their job but also very caring and extremely understanding on your requirements, nothing is to much for them
