Although this was a heartbreaking day it was full of respect and dignity. Our funeral director for the day was Gerald whose professionalism went above and beyond and I can only thank him from the bottom of my heart. The funeral was for my darling mum and you have made her send off so special. I cannot praise Thomas Brown Funeral Directors enough from the moment I stepped through the door with a heavy heart. Lorraine made us so welcome and couldn't do enough for the families wishes.

The high level of communication is always appreciated and gives you much needed reassurance at a time when it is needed. I can't speak highly enough of the service and the entire team.
